Even Eating Takes Practice
There are many ways you can save yourself some time from day to day. Finding faster routes to work or figuring out shortcuts to get ready for your day. Probably one of the best ways to save yourself time, money and improve your health is learning how to cook.
It never starts easy. Even when I started it ended up somewhere in-between a soup and a casserole. It took countless hours of research and quite a bit of time watching Gordon Ramsay’s videos (Kitchen Nightmares is free to watch on youtube by the way.) until I finally made something I wouldn’t be offended to see served in a restaurant.
A couple of eggs, half a can of vegetables, toast and some lemon juice to avoid scurvy can make you a meal mixed in a pan at twenty minutes flat and seasoned to taste, all while being under 5 dollars per meal. That’s a deal so good you might want to organize your day around it!
This strategy combined with a couple more can save you hundreds of dollars a month, and sometimes that much per week depending on how often you eat out. Instead of looking for ways save money, like eating at a fast food place instead of steakhouse, try looking for ways to avoid having to spend altogether, similar to what I explained above.
Thanks for reading and I hope you learned something from my own lesson in life.
