Discovering The Future

Welcome to a blog on Cowboy Computer Repair! In today’s musing, we will take a look at how to find the future in a more favourable light.

When it comes to normally finding the future, there is no need to perform a seance or speak to an oracle. It’s really as simple as sitting around and waiting for it to arrive. Though unless you already have some machinations in motion, how good of an outcome could letting it arrive really bring? Hardly anyone actually wants time to pass by, unless you’re having to sit through something like school, or a meeting. So what do you have to do to make the passage of time end with a desirable outcome?

One of the most short term ways to do this is by simply making food on a grander scale than normal. Imagine making food for one meal in your day against how much time and effort you can save by making far more with an additional tool, such as a rice or pressure cooker. If you use one of a decent size you could be eating for multiple days in a row from the effort of making just a single meal, or simply use the food as a base to improve your meals for the next few days. Think of all the time you can save by doing this, on top of all the time you’ll be able to spend thinking of ways to save time elsewhere too!

A more long term way is to of course, learn a skill. The most important part of choosing a skill to learn is weighing their potential vs practicality. Honestly, the upper limit of the potential a skill can have is only limited by your ability to obsess over making it work. Be it training as a line cook, all the way to an entertainer in a travelling circus, dreams are only dreams so long as you don’t take steps to attain them. Conversely on the practical side, I’m sure we can all immediately understand what a skill like that is. Cooking (again), cleaning, small scale repair and handywork, stuff you would normally need to hire someone else to do. Not only would this save you these time of calling someone, having them come over and assess what needs to be done, having them recommend you call someone entirely different and repeat that same process the next week and so on, but these can also be turned into jobs themselves, be it entire careers or simply side hustles until you find what you were really looking for.

Through methods like this and many others, you just might end up discovering a bright future, instead of the dull one you were promised. Think on this and consider other ways to attain it, because you might just end up there before me.
